    How is the order delivered?

    • As bulky/oversize items, all bikes ship via Startrack Road Express with shipping rates calculated at checkout, based on destination & weight.

    • All accessories are shipped via Startrack with shipping rates calculated at checkout, based on destination & weight.

     Australian orders received before 10:00am AEDT on business days will be dispatched on the same day. All Australian orders received after 10:00am AEDT will be dispatched on the next business day. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

    All orders are shipped via Startrack Road Express from Melbourne, Australia. Once your order has been collected by Startrack, you will receive your shipment tracking information via the email address used to place your order. Please check their postage and delivery calculator for estimated delivery times to your area. Delivery may take longer to some rural areas, such as the Northern Territory and Western Australia, so please consider this when choosing your delivery option.

    Important Message:

    General Delays: While there is no delays with our dispatching times, the extended COVID-19 lockdowns, limited flights and high parcel volumes have resulted in many of our courier partners experiencing significant delays in their usual delivery times.

    In particular, New South Wales and Victoria processing facilities have been heavily affected by strict government health and safety requirements, which has contributed to these delivery delays. 

    Australia Post have advised that some Parcel Post deliveries may experience delays in delivery times by an additional 2-5 business days. If your parcel is more than 15 business days late, please lodge a late item enquiry. Our delivery partners and dispatch teams are working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.
